I’m Elaine, here’s some of my story…

There have been times where I’ve lost my cool on my partner and blamed them for all of the issues in the relationship. I’ve been on the roller coaster of back-and-forth relationships chasing after guys who weren’t into me. I’ve found myself burnout because I was using perfectionism and performance to find a sense of confidence.

Healing my trauma helped me to stop these patterns and learn how to truly find self-confidence and inner peace. Understanding my childhood experiences from an adult perspective helped me to feel less ashamed for struggles with low self-worth and failed relationships. I learned what my triggers are and how to manage them.

Yes, I’m a trauma therapist and have studied relationships for years. AND I’m gonna be real with you, I still mess up sometimes. But, I have a good relationship because I now know what to do when I mess up.

And that’s what I want to teach you in this course so that you also can get unstuck from the pain of your past!

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients who learned to unwind the pain of their past in order to transform how they show up in relationships.

    If you’d like to work with a therapist during or after this course, I’m happy to make a recommendation.

  • The course includes 7 hours of video content on topics related to trauma healing and relationships, as well as 15 practical exercises to expand upon the learning. You get to choose how deep you want to go, but you always have access to the course to come back to it when you need a refresher.

  • As taught in the first module of the course, your brain uses past experiences to inform how you interpret the present and make predictions about the future. It’s impossible to only be addressing a current situation from the view of the present. So, in the course you’ll learn how your trauma may actually have an impact on your present issues.
